Make beautiful vacation memories in our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home, just a short drive away from the pristine shores of Indian Shores Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and Clearwater Beach and many more. This stunning home is your ticket to a sun-soaked, relaxing escape you'll cherish forever!

Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and just a quick 5 minute drive to the beach! Enjoy the private back yard with heated pool in a quiet neighborhood. Great for families!

All bedrooms have flat screen, smart TVs which also have several over the air channels as well. Interior laundry room with washer and dryer. Beach gear provided: chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys provided. Ice machine for coolers/drinks and a garage refrigerator for that overflow from the kitchen fridge or beverages.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for dining in or grilling out by the pool. The house is walking distance to grocery, shopping, and dining. Benedicts Breakfast restaurant, Angry Pepper Bar & Grill, Westshore Pizza, China King, nail and spa, yoga and Method fitness all are in the Publix shopping center which is a short walk from the house.

Set in a peaceful community on a quiet cul-de-sac, this charming home promises privacy and relaxation throughout your stay. With open floorplan, there is plenty of space to relax. This home features comfortable seating, flat-screen TVs, tropical decor and all of the comforts of home to accommodate you during your stay.
Sliding glass doors from the living room and kitchen lead to the lanai and with exterior seating for 8 at the table and bar area.

Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and is stocked with cooking utensils for preparing your favorite meals. If you'd rather cook and dine outside, fire up the gas grill and enjoy the el fresco atmosphere.

Just a 5 minute drive to beautiful Indian Shores Beach with the beautiful powder white soft sand. Short drive to other nearby beaches, Indian Rocks Beach, Reddington Beach, St Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, and Clearwater Beach. Several outdoor dining spots, beach shops, and water sports also at nearby John’s Pass. The surrounding town of Seminole has plenty of restaurants, nearby parks and playgrounds. The Pinellas Trail is a linear, multi-use trail extending from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs and is in close proximity. The Trail provides a unique, protected greenspace for walking, jogging, skating and biking.

The house was perfect for my 50th birthday party. The layout of the house was perfect, and the kitchen was a great for gathering and hanging out. The backyard and swimming pool is private and quiet. The location is perfect with the grocery store and restaurants literally within walking distance. We will defiantly be staying here again!

Great Place!

Everything was super clean and organized. There were even extras provided at the house which was great! The pool was awesome and my kids had a ton of fun. Our hosts even texted us to make sure we got in okay. We will definitely be using these hosts again in the future!

Fun in the Sun

This is a beautiful property with high-end furnishings. It is spacious. With a perfect private pool. The hosts literally think of everything. The beds are the BEST!!!!!! We will be back!!!!

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at this property! The house is beautiful and meticulous! The location is close to all the popular local attractions, while at the same time tucked away in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle for down time. I would most definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

Simply Amazing!

This house has it all and everything is exactly as advertised! We had a party of nine and spent 5 nights at this beautiful home and there was plenty of room for everyone and it’s close to multiple beaches and shopping areas. Lots of good seafood close by and a grocery store and Dollar Tree within minutes of the house. We would definitely stay again!

Nice clean house in a great location

Great house for 4 adults and 4 teenagers! We enjoyed the pool and the house with a nice open floorplan! The location was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. I would recommend this house.

This property lives up to the description and all of the previous positive reviews. The property is clean and well cared for. The neighborhood is quiet. We found the beds comfortable. The floor plan would also be nice if two small families were traveling together.

Great family vacation home just minutes from a great beach access. House is fully equipped with everything you would need from beach chairs, towels and toys. Beautiful decorated and a great set up on how the house is layer out. Pool was awesome.

Great location with comfortable layout for extended family group!

This property was perfect for my family of 5 and parents to stay comfortably for the week! Very nice pool and screened in porch for breakfast and evening relaxing. All pictures were accurately representative of the home. Well stocked kitchen and enough towels and beach supplies for multiple beach days. Which- was only a short drive away! Hosts were attentive and kind!

Multi-Generational Vacation

Great place to stay for multi-generational family vacation. The house is set up really nice for the grandparents to be on one side of the house with walk-in shower. And our family with four children on the other side of the house with a tub/shower and double sink. Great big kitchen with a huge island and dinner table. Pool is a bonus; low 3 feet deep to 6 feet deep with fun color-changing underwater lights.

Florida trip

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as listed, and the homeowner had thought of everything!! All the beach tools were amazing and we were very thankful to be able to use them. The pool was beautiful and very inviting! This home was spotless which is very important to me when looking for a place. This home was in proximity of everywhere we wanted to go which was awesome. I would love to stay here again if we ever venture down that way again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and properly advertised. The house has a lot of the smallest details you don’t think about when at home. Other than groceries we didn’t have to run out for anything. Beach supplies are supplied so we didn’t need to bring anything with us. Saved space in the vehicles. The owners checked in via text I think the 2nd day there. It was great. I can’t think of any complaints really. We have stayed all over the east coast and this is probably one of the top ranking places. The ease of the process to all the convienences provided just made it that more enjoyable.
