You can't get closer to the beach in this spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 5th floor beach front condo located in Indian Shores (between Clearwater and St. Pete), Florida. This beautiful condo is fully furnished and ready for you and yours. New kitchen fully equipped. Bright, open living and dining area with plenty of seating and stunning views! The master bedroom has a king bed, Tv and access to the balcony. In the 2nd bedroom is 2 double beds and a queen is in the 3rd bedroom. Sleeps 6 total. Cleaning, linens, and towels provided. Washer and dryer are in the condo for added convenience. Spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine by the outdoor pool or unwinding in the soothing hot tub. Take in the breath-taking views fro your balcony overlooking the Gulf. Good Spring Break

The view is excellent and location perfect! Appliances all worked perfectly! Provided beach towels would be a plus. A couple of beach chairs would be appreciated. King mattress was a bit soft for our taste. All in all, a good place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would just like to say the vacation was great. The location of the unit was ideal. You could sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins in the morning and just before dusk. The unit was great and fit our needs just perfectly. The building itself while clean is a bit tired needs a little updating.neould definitly go back to this unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit it has updated baths, master bedroom. Guest bedrooms need new flooring. Great corner unit view . Nice sectional leather couch accommodates a lot of guests. However a little more attention to detail when being cleaned. I spent a few hours wiping down splattered kitchen cabinets & walls. Inside of trash cabinet had a lot of trash on floor a d even a dirty old diaper. How do you miss that?? Housekeeping issues !! Love to return next year & see unit fully updated !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice Condo- Did not like that there were no paper products- No dish soap/dishwasher soap. Was asked to wash dishes before we left- I was on vacation- and had paid for cleaning service. 1 towel per person for a week. 1 bath mat for 2 bathrooms. I will contact the owner. and not use this rental co again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time. The location was just what we were looking for with a short drive either north or south for additional activities. Biggest disappointment was that the blue lounge chairs in the photos were not included with the rental unit. Additionally, the rugs in the bedrooms have seen better days. It would have been nice to have a binder explaining who things worked (like what to do with our garabage) as well as local restuarantes and activities.
