Sea Breeze #403 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a 1200 sq. ft. split floorplan. The master bedroom has two queen size beds and the second bedroom has one queen size bed. Flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.

We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. Location was great for walking to Johns Pass. Pool and hot tub were great! Beach was not overly busy. Definitely recommend!

Great location on Madeira Beach. Unit is spacious and nicely appointed, and we’ll come back. It was clean inside but we had to wash down the balcony furniture before we could sit on it.

The condo was very clean & everything looked really nice. Owners had everything you needed. Loved the wrap around couch & rocker, very comfortable. Loved the beach, fishing was great. Hope we can return next year.

Beautiful property I would definitely stay there again. In this unit toilet fixtures need to be updated as well as kitchen appliances.

We love staying at the Seabreeze and this condo had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the tall chairs on the balcony, best view of the ocean and watched the dolphins in the morning. Great location, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. We will be back again

The condo was nice and clean. The elevator is extremely slow- so we used the steps a lot. Beach was beautiful and family oriented. Pool is a little small (but kids swam) and we had issues with teenagers jumping the fence to swim and party (Police were there twice- second time they threw fireworks at our condo-causing more police and fire department)

Experience was great, despite a few things -- overall, very nice unit that was clean. On the positive side, the baby proofing items were awesome to have and a great idea for other units! We felt like everything else was very clean and tidy -

Elevator is the slowest elevator and stopped working multiple times while staying that week. Pool/spa is also not very cleanly or sanitary. Property needs a lot of work and had a very poor experience with management company.

The space suited our needs. It was a nice condo, however, there was a ceiling light burned out as well as a lamp broken. The pool is much smaller than it looks online and gets crowded easily. It also was green/murky when we arrived. The elevators feel like a death trap. The location is good. The condo space was nice. If we could do it over we possibly would’ve chosen differently.

We have been coming to SeaBreeze for many years for family vacations and are never disappointed. We have tried other condos from time to time but always come back to SeaBreeze. We had a great stay at the seabreeze! The location was great and convenient! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week! We loved going outside each morning and watching the ocean, one morning we got to see a few dolphins playing and swimming close to shore! We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in a perfect location for a chill beach vacation! Beach was beautiful! The condo was very clean upon arrival. The living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms were updated and very nice. The kitchen could use some updating as well as the patio furniture. In addition I would recommend a keypad entry system that would eliminate the need to pick up and drop off the keys. Other condos in the complex had this and made it easier for guests at check-in/check-out and not having to keep track of keys while trekking back and forth from the beach all day. A note to future guests- bring your own beach towels! Overall, we had a great stay at this condo and would definitely recommend it to others.
