Loved it!

Ryan and Amy were excellent hosts. The house is so comfortable and well-appointed. Proximity to the beach is great, pool is awesome. Loved being there with the fam. Will definitely return!

Clearwater Gem

Great location with quick walk to private beach. The house was perfect for 3 couples (3 King Size Beds) and 4 kids aging from 13-19. The pool, gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella, & boogie boards were a big hit! Restaurants are close by. Definitely would recommend this place.

A great family vacation spot

The Sea Breeze is well equipped to handle a family of eight. The bedrooms offered privacy for everyone. The kitchen was adequate for cooking family dinners. We had a lot of fun in the backyard pool with the whole family. The private beach was just a short walk away and the house had beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys to use.

Great Location!

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! We appreciated all the little touches. Only suggestion would be a new toaster lol! Location to the beach is wonderful and the pool after a long day at the beach was enjoyed by all of us!

Clearwater Beach Cottage

My sisters (7 total) and I stayed here for 4 nights in January. It was perfect for us. Plenty of beds, a nice living room, dining area and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was well supplied. The pool and spa area was perfect for relaxing. The beach was a quick walk around the block. Everyone loved the house and we had access to beach chairs, towels, bikes which was great. Thank you!

Perfect Beach Getaway – Spacious, Luxurious, and Steps from the Sand

We had an incredible stay at this Clearwater VRBO! The house is absolutely huge, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the décor was tasteful and calming—perfect for a beach retreat.The kitchen had all the tools with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. One of the highlights was the backyard—my 90 year old mom loved the pristine pool, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings.Best of all, the location couldn’t be better! Just a short 90 second walk (yes, we timed it!) to the beach, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and soft, powdery sand.If you're looking for a spacious, well-appointed home in an unbeatable location, this is it. We can't wait to return!

Great family beach house

We had an enjoyable experience at Sea Breeze the house is a neat old beach house that has been nicely updated. Masters on two levels were nice for our multi generation group. We loved the heated pool and the proximity to the beach. The house is nicely equipped. The appliances were all in excellent working order. The grill was great and allowed us to have a nice NYE dinner. I would recommend the house to families!

Great place for our family

We had a great time. You have access to a private beach that’s just a short walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was great having the pool with floats and toys available for the kids. There was plenty of beds and the house was very clean. All of the basic amenities were provided like shampoo and conditioner as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent. The kitchen is nicely stocked as well with spices and oils. We would definitely come back again!my kids and extended family had a great time.

Perfect location with private pool -- awesome time!

Multi-generation family trip with age ranges from 16 to 76. All had a great time. The private pool and spa was an immediate hit with everyone. The beach is just a short walk to practically an exclusive beach experience with zero crowds to fight for prime space. The location in this quiet neighborhood was perfect and only a short (and easy) drive down to the beach restaurants and shops. Property owners had plenty of 'starter' supplies, which many of them lasted all week and the kitchen was well appointed. Great having the additional wet bar area leading out to the pool. Beach gear in good condition and easy to use. This is certainly on our list of places to return.

Our stay at Sea Breeze Cottage 1/2023

We had a great time. The house was spacious and accommodated our 2 daughters and our 3 grandchildren! There were a variety of bedrooms which included a crib for the baby. Tom and I (grand parents) stayed upstairs in the spacious bedroom suite—that way we got to sleep a little later. The pool was great fun for all and what a treasure was the hot tub. There were pool toys included. Also the outdoor patio was a place of calm, and blowing palms. I spent time there with by 8 month old grandson. Or the beach was a short distance away, and a great place to walk. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware and lovely dishes, including a full set of plastic ware for the kids. Also a great set of spices. (Or easy to to get carry out!) It was a quick drive to town and great restaurants, beach and playgrounds. We highly recommend this Sea Breeze Cottage!! Five stars!

My overall impression of the place and the service.

The pictures led you to believe the living room was bigger. The walk to the beach was longer than anticipated. I emailed that the pool and spa wasn't working properly but no one got back in touch with me. The pool guy came and said he'd report it. Never happened. Just disappointed seemed once we were there no one cared how our visit was going. I know there were hurricanes coming but we tried to stay as long as we could. We left Thursday night. We cleaned up after ourselves as best we could.

Great Home For Our Family Vacation

This was the first time we rented a home for a family vacation. Our daughters, their husbands and babies joined us. Even my son-in-law's parents joined us. Our family came from Florida, New Mexico, and Illinois. The house was lovely and there was plenty of room for all of us. We not only enjoyed the house but we enjoyed a lot of activities in the Clearwater Beach area. With two babies with us we took turns enjoying the activities. We went jet skiing, paddle boarding, spa treatments, sunset cruise, and the boys took advantage of a deep-sea fishing trip. We also spent a lot of time enjoying the pool. Another special time was when the young couples were able to go and see a Hockey game in Tampa. We are planning on enjoying that home again in the future. We were very fortunate because the weather was beautiful when we were there the second week in May. I would highly recommend this beautiful home for your family vacation. The owners are an absolute pleasure to work with.

3 generation vacation

We thought the location of the property was ideal. Our family loved the convenience of the beach & pool. The house had plenty of room for the 9 of us. The beach chairs & cart were much appreciated. Our family made many lasting memories at Sea Breeze!

Wonderful Clearwater home near the beach

Absolutely loved our stay here on Memorial Day weekend - given the holiday, we were SO thankful to stay within walking distance (6 minutes) from the beautiful private beach. Didn’t bother going to downtown Clearwater because we had everything we needed! Comfortably fit 8 family members. The master bedrooms especially were so beautiful. Everything was very clean as well. The pool was very enjoyable!

Family Spring Break

Hello,We have four boys under the age of 12 and we had a great time. They loved the pool and we loved being so close to the beach. The beach was very quiet and we also loved being so far up the beach as there very few people. The house also came well stocked with dishes, pans, and toiletries.

Perfect family getaway!

This is our second time staying at Sea Breeze and it is everything we need and more for our family during our vacation in Clearwater Beach. The hosts have stocked their shed with plenty of beach supplies to borrow and use during our stay. The house manual listed all of the information that we may have needed and the hosts were awesome at communication! We look forward to coming back and staying again soon.

Fall Break

We had a great visit at this Clearwater Beach property. The house was very large/spacious, and we enjoyed the private pool/spa. Beach wasn’t too long of a walk, around the corner! Mostly everything we needed was supplied which made traveling with little ones easy! We could not find a vacuum to help clean during the week but other than that the house was stocked. Very nice owners, quick to respond and find solutions to our needs! Thank you!

Very nice

At first I admit wasn’t impressed. Put after a day getting our bearing of the place we loved it. For people that fly they had everything you need. Beach towel, wagon, sand toys, plenty of beach chairs, life jackets and more. Pool was wonderful. Bedrooms were spaced apart enough to have privacy. Kitchen was wonderful. Nice big eating area. My only draw back would be great to have another refrigerator. With set up understand that would be hard, but helpful. Thank you for everything, we would stay again.

Awesome Vacation House

I couldn't say enough about our week at Sea Breeze. The house is so well stocked. My family has stayed here now for 3 years and we will keep coming back. We love the location, the pool, and the owners are especially very accommodating. We had yet another great week!
