This 3 Bedroom, 2 bath condo is a Beach Lover's paradise!
The main living space has a fully equipped kitchen to cook your families favorite meals, dining space, bar stool seating, and living room with sleeper sofas and large flat screen TV. This entire area overlooks the private balcony, and the beautiful beach! You won't have to miss a sunset- you have a front row spot every night on the balcony. With 3 bedrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family! The primary bedroom has 2 queen beds, a private balcony and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen over queen bunk. There is 2 sleeper sofas in the living room for additional sleeping. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors.
Enjoy dipping your toes in the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico with your friends and family, just steps away from the complex's beachfront pool and hot tub.

Whatever you imagine as your perfect beach getaway, you will find it here. The Sea Breeze Condominium is an intimate complex within steps of the beautiful beach. It features the largest hot tub in Madeira Beach and has a heated swimming pool as well, both beachside. Plenty of lounge chairs are situated around the pool patio. The tiki huts on the property are a nice addition when you just want to get out of the sun for a bit but still enjoy the fabulous weather. There is a BBQ grill area as well. Within walking distance from Sea Breeze is the world famous John's Pass Village, home to a variety of shops, stores, restaurants and bars. You will find something for everyone!

Great condo with plenty of room for 10 people!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for what we needed. We took a family vacation with my husband's adult children and mom. This condo has 2 refrigerators, 2 dish washers and everything you really need for a week's stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great to return to sea breeze unit 101.This was our first time back after the storms of last year we can see a lot of upgrades to the building like the elevator and pool area.We came down with my inlaws and our kids and really love this unit with the dinning table for ten.The kitchen with 2 friges and 2 dishwashers was put to use every day.The unit was well decorated and furnished including all new mattress in the beds and the new 70 inch tv in the family room.The unit was very clean with lots of extra towels and sheets even beach towels for the pool area and the kitchen was well stocked.Walking to johns pass and renting jet skis to take out on the gulf is the best.We have booked for next year and cant wait to return
