Beautiful, renovated, modern house steps to the beach, with lots of PARKING!
This spacious modern beach house will check off all your boxes! This immaculate home is on the gulf side of the street, has no condo neighbors, great parking and is very private. The living room/dining room has high ceilings, new windows, professionally decorated furnishings, fast WiFi and cable TV. The master has a king size bed and extra space for a blow up mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed with storage and lots of closet space. The luxurious shower can only be described as a room, with 5 separate water features including a rain head and body sprays .Pets allowed if okay-ed by owner. This house has all the comforts of home, minutes to shops, restaurants and mini golf. Just 35 minutes from Tampa, 10 minutes to Seminole City Center, with 24 stores and restaurants. Trolley stop out front to take you to Clearwater Beach and back.

We were thrilled to find the property just as it was listed, it was impeccably clean, nicely appointed, and in a great location. A few short steps to the beach and terrific access to the mass transit system if you choose to use it. Our host was extremely responsive to all of our needs, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way

We go to the gulf 2 -4 weeks every summer and this was one of the better places we have stayed. Clean, comfortable, safe, and convenient. It’s rare you can sleep well on vacation, we slept well on comfortable beds. Small walk to beach and stores/places to eat within walking distance. If you like staying on the beach this is it. Beach was also very nice with the white, fine, soft sand.

We had a short visit while attending a wedding. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Very easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the nicely appointed cottage steps away from the water. The cottage was well equipped with games and beach accessories (needed a pump though to inflate balls). Hosts were welcoming and responsive to the few queries we had.

I cannot recommend this location enough. It was clean, well located, and the amenities were spectacular. On top of all of that the host was wonderful, if you are in the area let this be your #1 choice.

The house was great. It was very clean and had everything you would need. It also had lots of beach supplies. If you do have a rainy day, they have dozens of board games to keep you entertained. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to go back to the beach!

The property was great…it was located in the right town (Indian Shores), on the beachside of gulf blvd and was just the right size for the 3 of us and our pups. We would definitely go back again. Thanks to the hosts for being so easy and accommodating with us for our last minute trip!

My family and i recently stayed here for my kids spring break and it was by far the nicest and cleanest beach rental we have ever stayed in! The location was nice and the beach "just a few steps behind the house" was not crowded at all like other local beaches. We will definitely be returning.

This is a perfect little beach house getaway. The house was very clean and equipped with everything a small family would need while away from home. The beach is perfect and located just a few steps behind the house. We visited all of the surrounding areas while in Florida and couldn’t think of a better house or area to stay in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Steps from a beautiful beach, close to stores and restaurants. The house is very comfortable, modern, well furnished and clean. While we had our own beach stuff, it was nice to have access (if needed) to the provided beach chairs and other beach equipment, like umbrellas, boogie boards and toys. Owner's were friendly, attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend and would come back for a future stay.

It was a great vacation. The house 🏡 was great and convenient for us to drop the jetski. The beach was great with just some showers during some afternoons. In general Amazing 🤩 I will definitely recommend more friends and family to stay at this great beach 🏖 house . Hope to stay again next year.

Property is beautiful and just like the pictures! Easy access to the beach! The house has lots of board games, beach chairs, and beach toys. Great local restaurants nearby and plenty to do. The beach was not crowded at all. Owners were very responsive as a tropical storm came through just prior to our stay. We can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach is perfect for anyone- but especially those with kiddos who may need a break from the sun for a few hours- and go back later. The house was well stocked with supplies so it helped make our trip so much smoother. Owner was readily available for questions. We did use BabyQuip for any kids items that were not on site (crib, wagon for beach, etc)

This house is perfect! Caron has provided EVERYTHING you need and the house is very functional and clean with enough room for the family. The location is great because the house is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and it is located on a portion of the beach that is not crowded. Of course the beaches are beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
