Inaccurate listing
Pictures online of the house is not an accurate description. There are bars on the windows which are not shown in the listing, this leads me to believe this is not a safe area. House is located in a section 8 neighborhood. I never would have booked this house for a family gathering had I known this. I reached out to the owner and to VRBO about the discrepancies with the listing and the actuality. I was unable to receive any compensation from either party. I was accused of being racist by the owner when I expressed my concerns about safety. I will no longer be using VRBO

VERY SKETCHY AREA
INSIDE OF HOME AS SHOWN. HOWEVER THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS LESS THAN DESIRABLE! I DIDN'T FEEL SAFE THERE; NEITHER DID MY 14YR OLD GRANDSON OR HIS FATHER. WE WERE OUT OF THE HOUSE IN 20 MIN. AND CHECKED INTO A HOTEL. THE OWNER DIDN'T OFFER ANY COMPENSATION AND WAS VERY NASTY WITH HIS RESPONSE

Host communicated well Neighborhood isn’t one I’d feel great about walking in … so no morning runs on this stay … the house is great though …. When having longer stays Host could provide more essentials … garbage bags … dishwasher pods etc … and … I’m sure he would have provided if I had inquired …. just dont feel I should have to ask for basics ….

Wonderful property!
Everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. The home was roomy and had a lot of entertainment options as there were flat screen TVs in each room and the living room. One slight criticism--there is absolutely NOTHING added into the home--needed to buy our own sponge for the kitchen, there was nothing in the cabinets except salt, pepper and some coffee pods. I left a few things which might make it easier for future guests. But, as we just moved my daughter into college nearby, we'd love to return to this property!

Robert the host is an awesome for this property! Everything listed on the property was exactly as it is! My family enjoyed ourselves! No arguments about the Tv each room had its own tv. Very spacious and location was convenient for us! We will definitely will stay at this property again!!

Nice house - Very clean and Spacious
Inside of house was absolutely perfect. Very spacious and clean. Game room area was a added bonus for the kids. My only negative was the neighborhood the home was located it..we didn't feel very safe especially in the evenings. All the windows have bars on the exteriors of them and a motion sensor light went off all hours of the night and would wake you up as it was so bright shining into the bedroom making you feel uneasy that someone was in the courtyard of the home. If the home was in any other part of town, I would list this home as a 5 star.

Good house with great access to attractions
This house was a great fit for our trip to St. Pete. Very close to Tropicana Field and the St. Pete beaches. Very clean and comfortable. Our kids loved having access to the game table and basketball. Fit our needs perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and comfortable also very close to nice restaurants and the beach. If you enjoy TV there was one in every room. One night we had carry out and enjoyed our dinner eating in the dining room. We would stay again!
