The location was perfect. Beach block and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. It is small but completely functional. Beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was strong. It’s everything you want in a crash pad at the beach. Highly recommend.

Was disappointed with the lack of parking for my place. The listing did say first come/first serve. I was the first one and the lady upstairs sat outside beeping and told me to move our car because that was her spot. When I asked where our spot was they said we would have to pay if 1 of the 2 free spots were not available. Never heard of not having parking at my rooms. Needless to say, we were afraid to leave our free parking spot cause if we had to park in the paid parking lot it was 4:45 an hour. Also, the courtyard was filled with construction material - not a nice/calming place to look at. The neighbors were very loud at 11-12 at night coming up the stairs every night. The TV was buffering most of the time. To me, our place looked like an after thought...
