PLEASE NOTE- Due to damage caused by Helene, this little bungalow has been a complete remodeled (WITH PERMITS) so the inside pictures although current, do not reflect how beautiful this property truly is. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed….with the new kitchen island, brand new walk in shower with grab bar, and stainless steel appliances including a french door refrigerator;)

***Please check out the video that was taken just before the remodel was completed and the final touches were made. Again, I'm not a professional photographer so please bare with me...lol***

Calming colors of turquoise and tropical patterns throughout this fun and tastefully decorated boho hideaway are sure to ease away any stress. This gem is one of only two units available (convenient if you want to bring more friends or family). It was completely remodeled in March 2025 with new furniture and stocked with all the comforts of home.

Featuring a full kitchen, living room, and a king size bed. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with meticulous attention to detail, beautiful kitchen island with seating, soft close drawers, lazy suzan in the corner, a deep farm style sink with a beautiful quartz counter top plus all NEW appliances, including a dishwasher.

This piece of paradise has a large tropical enclosed yard to enjoy while sitting on lounge chairs and sipping on your morning coffee, or snacking on some local take out on the outside patio set.

Just steps to white sandy beaches and less than a .5 block to Gulf Boulevard…You are in the main hub of it all; Restaurants, Beach Access, Music, Parks, Pubs, Groceries, Shopping, Yoga, Ice Cream, and More.

Reserve Plums Paradise A & B and Mermaids Cove A & B. Book some or all units when traveling with larger groups for family reunions, company events, and multiple family or friendly vacations. These properties are 3 houses away from each other and only contain 2 units on each property. Rent both properties and have 6 bedrooms (4 Kings, 2 Queens), 1 pull out sofa beds, and 4 baths. Will sleep 14 comfortably.

No pets - No smoking - No visitors

Quiet time after 10pm strictly enforced per town code.
No one under 25 permitted to rent unless accompanied by an adult.
Maximum occupancy cannot exceed 4 people total, including children.
Cameras located on outside of property.

Walk to the grocery store, to Keegans (featured on Food Networks Diners, Drine-ins, and Dives), several local bars and eateries, and of course the beach!

There is a trolley that can take you from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete beach for a nominal fee and it stops in Indian Rocks Beach. See my Guidebook for details.

Very cozy spot within a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would do it again! Bikes are a great bonus as the house is in a very quaint and lovely neighborhood.

Quaint little gem

Such a cute little spot right in the middle of everything you want to do. Just a quick walk to the beach and the wagon, toys, chairs, etc. were perfect! Bed was very comfy and the pull out couch was a good space for our two boys.

Wonderful retreat for a couple. Very nice set up of the unit - everything worked perfectly well. Quite location but still just steps to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Highly recommendable. Will come back.

Perfect setup

Girlfriend and I for 4 days absolutely loved the place. Didn't need a to rent a vehicle and hit the beach everyday twice a day atleast. Super clean and the host is fantastic to deal with. Food and fun of all kinds within a 5 min trolley. Highly recommend and will probably stay again!!
