This duplex home has its own separate entrance to a spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It includes a private backyard with a deck, outdoor rope lights, Two Bicycles, a bbq grill, fire pit and swing set area. Very good location with easy access to shopping and many attractions, shopping and beaches.
We enjoyed our stay at this property and the owner was very easy to reach and friendly. He handled all questions promptly. It was a great property with a nice backyard and just fine for two adults and I don't think the futon in the office would work for another adult, but might be fine for a small child or two. Overall, .it was a great place, but a little smaller than expected.

Amazing stay at The Gator Hideaway!!
We had such a fun time here, everything is so close. Downtown and the beach is a short 10-12 min drive or uber away. We went to boyd hill and maximo park to see some native wildlife. There are many stores within walking distance, and t was located in a nice queit neighborhood. 5 Stars all around.
