Had to cancel my stay due to a hurricane. Was offered the option to cancel with no penalty. Took the host up on the offer and they never followed through. I got the run around from the host and Vrbo. Neither one “could help me”.

No coffee available, no ice available. Clean small apt room. Amenities are at hotel next door but doors were always locked except to washer/dryer. Noone answered the call # for asst. Found housecleaner but no one spoke English.
