    Nestled within our renowned quaint resort beach town this beach house boasts a spacious floor plan…three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spectacular water views that will keep you coming back year after year.

    The atmosphere in Clearwater Beach is unhurried; the temperatures are warm with refreshing gulf breezes; and the range of leisure activities is as plentiful as the island's days of sunshine per year.

    Because Clearwater Beach is a small island between the coast of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway, one is never far from the water. Naturally, water and beach-based activities abound.

    If you like to stroll along the shore, swim, bike, or jog, you'll feel right at home on Clearwater Beach. The farther north you go, the more fascinating the scenery becomes as you approach Caladesi Island. Caladesi Island is a nature preserve where you will find trails, beautiful live oak trees have been sculpted over the centuries by the sea breezes.

    Spend the evenings dining in restaurants that range from family-style seafood houses to upscale establishments. Or, board a large party boat and tour the Coast, while dancing under the stars.

Outstanding Stay

Loved our time on Clearwater Beach at this great VRBO. Everything went smoothly and hope to be back again in this same place next Feb!

The exterior of the house is rather tired. The view out over the water is magnificent. Jen is very helpful, also Alicia. All in all, we must have enjoyed our stay as we have reserved for next year.

Great location!!

We had a wonderful stay at Treasured Times Beach house! The location is wonderful and Jen at Belloise handled any questions or concerns very promptly. The view and waterfront dock as well as the abundance of sea birds and colors of the sunset were highlights to see each day. The house is comfortable, a little older than we expected but the property is large and was perfect for our dog to enjoy outside as well. Some suggestions to make the property even better would be to enhance the landscaping that is done to include weeding the gardens and adding some mulch. The courtyard and gardens at the back of the house were not maintained and a bit unkempt. Also there is no outdoor seating by the waterfront so we would recommend two outdoor chairs. The house is clean, has lovely decoration, new bedding and towels and has everything you could need. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Home Rental on Devon

The amount of money paid did not equal the experience. Unfortunately, for a 6-week stay, there were many things to be disappointed about (as detaield below). However, The A/C worked nicely, the house was spacious, the road is quiet, the washer & dryer worked well and the view was spectacular. It's a shame the owners charge the amount of money that they do and provide very little in the way of comfort or upgrades. That property could be incredible, and instead, we overheard walkers passing by saying “that's the Sanford and Son house!”. The dishwasher was so old that the spinner broke in the first week so we were unable to use it the majority of the time. I hand washed most of the time and air dried on the counter. We did not have a charger for the vacuum cleaner, so we would not use it. We went out and purchased Swiffer products. Additionally, the pipe out back that I called about three weeks into the rental was still spewing water 24/7. Not sure anyone ever came out to address it. There were days we wanted to open the windows to get some fresh air, but some of the window screens were ripped and the windows/screens had mold. The inside A/C vents in the bedrooms had mold that needed to be wiped off and the first bedroom has water damage in the ceiling. So much that it concerned me that perhaps it was new b/c I couldn't imagine it would just be left like that. But luckily, it was not new damage. The couches and throw rugs were old, and the remaining wood floors were unsightly! We never even opened or used the garages since the light in there was not working, and there was no way to see in there without a flashlight. Overall, we were pretty disappointed with the age and condition of the house and the yard which was full of weeds and hardly any grass. Both times the weeds were so high that we had to call to get someone to come out. The house smells terrible – musty. We had 4 air fresheners spread throughout the house the entire time. We bought two floor mats and left them there – one for the main entrance, and one for the back entrance. They helped a lot with dirt and sand.

Overall

Convenient to everything, very nice neighborhood. Washer and dryer were excellent, dish washer barely adequate. Shower curtain in need of a good cleaning. Grill worked fine. The view was beautiful.

Great property, average experience

Amazing location. Nice sized property that could use some sprucing up. For a monthly rental I was surprised we could not find a broom or vacuum. We bought a vacuum for our time there. They do allow pets but make sure you communicate that directly to them ahead of time. When booking I selected the “yes” box to pets. I learned a few days after our check out the owner doesn’t receive that info and I was charged for my pets after the fact. Don’t think a pet charge is unfair but that experience was unpleasant. Air conditioner wasn’t fully functional. They sent out a contractor but he wasn’t able to resolve the issue. We were provided an upright room unit for the duration of our stay. We also had pest control come by twice and a home inspector once. Understand things need to be done but this felt excessive for the month we were there. Especially for the premium you pay to have a rental on the water in Clearbeach. Allison in the office was kind and professional to deal with.

Perfect location

On a quiet street yet within walking distance to beach and all restaurants and attractions. We had issues with wi-fi and septic but they were taken care of.
