Mandatory Fees
Booked this place last minute for an Anniversary get away. Definitely just a 3.5 star facility but was kept nice, clean and quiet. Hotels.com price was appropriate but what was not disclosed until after booking (which was non-refundable at the late date we booked) was the $424.52 "Mandatory Fee". Assume this is for cleaning the room once we left. Would have been nice to see this up front before booking. I found it odd that they also left a tip envelope for the cleaning staff. There was no service to the room while we stayed.
