Welcome to our RELAXING beach front condo with dazzling views of the ocean! This premier updated two bedroom, two bath, 1,100 sqft condo is located on the second floor in the best building on Indian Shores - The Beach Cottage, Building II. Walk a few steps towards the white sandy beach to enjoy spectacular sunrise/sunset views while leisurely strolling down 14 miles of continuous beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

No matter the month or season, there is plenty to do in the area. Everything is walking distance or a short drive – water sports, restaurants, shops and plenty of family activities. There is a Beach Trolley stop directly in front of The Beach Cottage buildings, which runs north to Clearwater and south to St. Petersburg every 20-30 minutes, all day and night. Hop on and off all day for $4.50 and explore all the sights, amenities, shopping, food, activities and beach towns Gulf Boulevard has to offer. Stay with us and make your vacation a relaxing, fun and memorable one!

Kitchen - Enjoy cooking meals in our upgraded, fully equipped kitchen including stovetop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-slice toaster, manual juicer, pots/pans, utensils, tableware and a spacious pantry to store food supplies.

Living & Dining Area - Feel at home in our comfy living room that includes a plush leather sofa with a 55” flat screen Smart TV with cable and free high speed Wi-Fi access for Netflix, YouTube, etc. The bookshelf has board games and books for additional entertainment. On cooler nights, cozy up and turn on the wood-burning fireplace while soaking in the breathtaking sunsets and views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a large dining table that seats six, plus four additional leather barstools to sit at the kitchen bar area. If you feel like relaxing outside on the 25 ft balcony, there is a lounge chaise and patio dining table with four chairs to sit, relax and enjoy some food and drinks, while taking in the fresh ocean air and gorgeous views.

Master Suite - Enjoy a restful night of sleep on a brand new pillow top KING SIZE mattress. Kick back in the electric massage chair and watch your favorite show on the 40" Flat Screen TV. Huge sliding doors that open out to the balcony allow you to enjoy the alluring views from the privacy of your room. This spacious suite with a ceiling fan includes a walk in closet, dressers and large vanity/dressing area in the bathroom.

Guest Room - Family and friends can rest easy in this tranquil guest room. The bedroom comes equipped with a ceiling fan, two QUEEN SIZE mattresses, 40" Flat Screen TV/DVD combo with cable, and a closet with dressers.

Building Amenities - Lounge outside on the terrace/pool area, equipped with a Jacuzzi, multiple BBQ gas grills, lounge chairs, and tables with umbrellas and chairs. Play a fun game of beach volleyball before taking a dip in the ocean or taking on one of the many water activities available in the area. There is assigned covered parking in the building's garage and many spots are available for visitor parking (permits required). Plenty of luggage carts in the garage are ready for you to move your belongings up and down the elevators.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. We enjoyed the upgraded bathrooms & refreshed condo. We had no problems with anything and would rent again when back in the area. The condo was clean, accessible to the beach, restaurants and shopping!

Very nicely equipped and furnished. Clean and comfortable. Everything you will need for a great stay. Communication with owner was excellent throughout. Very responsive. Also, a fine support team on site. Enjoyed the pool and beach.

Started out bad. 3p check in time but room not ready till 5p. No compensation offered. We spent over 200 entertaining the children during the wait. But...the condo was perfect! We had a great week.

Perfect vacation!

Absolutely loved everything about the condo! It was so well stocked with anything you would need. The bathrooms were just redone and had plenty of plush towels. View from balcony was great. We did not have little ones with us but there were tons of beach towels, noodles, floats for kiddos as well as beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Tried to rent it for next year but it was booked. Will definitely try to come back!

Great location with a beautiful view. We had an issue with a couple of the beach chairs being broken when we arrived. We notified our host and, while we didn't expect it, we were brought 4 brand new chairs. The place is well kept with easy access to the beach and pool

Great Vacation!

This place was wonderful and so well decorated! The bedrooms were large and so very comfortable. We really had a wonderful time. I would say this is probably the best well equipped condo that we've stayed at in Indian Shores. There were lots of beach toys for us to use, too. The living room was a bit small but we weren't in our room very often. We went at a very busy time and the weather was beautiful. I'm sure these were the reasons that the pool & hot tub were very crowded. Also, I felt that the condo was a bit pricey. I understand the increase in fees during that holiday week, but for the size of the condo and that it wasn't right on the beach, I felt it was too high. The other weeks during the year are more reasonably priced.

What a dream! Condo and view!

Just got home, bummer! An Unobstructed view of the pool to the ocean. Access tiled balcony from both living room and master bedroom. The mattress topper was heaven, had to jot down the brand, need to buy one. Even pillows and blankets were comfy! Big walk in closet, tiled walk in shower with great water pressure, no lack of hot water either. Everything was of better quality. Checked in and out on a Sunday, picked up keys down the street, no problem there. The beach is flat and walkable. (Important for me because Gulf Shores Alabama wasn't) Balcony screen door wouldn't latch, I did call, but no one came to fix it, could've been little cleaner, but didn't let it bother me. This family of four would stay there again, the Martins of Waukesha WI

Beach Cottages are great for me .....this unit was delightful . The landlord was super helpful and responded quickly to any issues ... The unit location for January and February was excellent ..you can walk anywhere you need to go ........with only one floor of stairs to the pool level and another to the underground parking and beach access ....sunsets and the best weather for this area in many many years . Lots of beach supplies in the outside cupboard , for young and older ....the patio is very long and was well used . The master bedroom and bath were well appointed and the bed super comfortable ...king size. Lots of space for clothing etc. the second bedroom although, of course smaller held two queen size beds ...one firm and one soft ....depends what you like . ....liked that it's bathroom had a tub ....my guests declared my shower was the best ! The lighting in the unit is strange ...lots of light in the living space but only an overhead fan in the master bedroom ....perhaps that will be updated in time . I liked the flooring through out , all tiled and easy to clean and wash up the inevitable sand that manages to creep in . To be picky ...3 coffee mugs .....only, but the cofffee machines made up for that ....and glasses for outside, pool area etc where limited ...otherwise , everything you can think of or want in the kitchen . Already rebooked for next year !!! Thanks

Amazing Rental

If possible I would give this VRBO more than 5 stars—one of the best I have ever stayed at! It is equipped with literally everything you could ever need for a beach vacation – I was told to just pack my sunblock and they would have the rest and that was accurate! Great location, quiet and not crowded yet very close to all of the hotspots. The beach was beautiful, clean and very family friendly. Communication and service from the owners/managers was exceptional. I cannot recommend this place enough and literally have no complaints or suggestions for improvements.

All things GREAT

The condo was up to date and very clean. Very relaxing and close to all amnesties. The only thing that I can see needed improvement- was confusing check in, was missing some info when checking in. The other thing was was a little irritating was the gate constantly slamming from all the other people coming in and out of the pool deck area. I would definitely recommend this unit to all.

Second time at this complex, first time in this particular condo. The communication and check in was clear and easy. The condo was well maintained and clean. The complex is outstanding for family vacations and this condo is a recommended place to stay!
