Vistas on the Gulf 202 Beach Front Balcony

Vista's on the Gulf #202 is a beautiful Direct Gulf Front condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large private balcony offers picturesque views of the beach. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and it also has a dishwasher. A washer/dryer is conveniently located in the second bedroom closet. Cable, high speed Wi-Fi and a reserved parking space under the building is all included. The property features an onsite exercise room and beach-side heated pool with jacuzzi.

Plenty of restaurants are located within waking distance from the Vista's on the Gulf. St Pete Beach has miles of sandy beaches, year-round sunshine, and an abundance of recreational activities, it's one of the most enjoyable places vacation. This beach community offers ample restaurants, shops, sail boat and fishing charters, parasailing, and many other things to do. St. Pete Beach is a short drive from nearby attractions, including John's Pass Fishing Village, Ft. Desoto State Park, and Downtown St. Petersburg.

This unit is managed by Travel Resort Services in Madeira Beach and we have been in business for over 30 years as a “full service” real estate company. We are there for whatever you may need during your stay, and we will go out of our way to ensure you have an exceptional vacation. We are available around the clock, 7 days a week, with a staff member located right in Madeira Beach to personally take your call. By means of in-house housekeeping and maintenance services, nearly all requests are addressed within a 24 hour time period. Nice spot on the beach

Great location on the beach. Positives - Great view. New patio (3 sets) furniture and large patio. Pool area small but clean and warm for February. Kitchen has everything you will need. TV's easy to manage channels - nothing difficult like some rentals. The property is well maintained and very quiet. Negatives- couch and chairs in living room are worn and dated. AC unit in 2nd bedroom is quite loud when it kicks on and you'll hear it every time a neighbor flushes a toilet. All in all, I would stay there again.

Nice spot right on the beach!

Our family was in town to visit other relatives that live just a few doors down. It was a great stay! Very clean and the balcony is nice and large. Just steps and you're on the beach. Only note is that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not provided, so be sure to bring your own.

Week at the beach

The property is in a great location. The balcony overlooks the beach. The property manager was very responsive. The interior is a little tired. Per some earlier reviews, the sheets are very old and need replacing, the sofa also is way past its best. Otherwise, this property makes for a wonderful week at the beach.

Great location

It is a good place on a great beach and it needs some tending! No screens on the doors and lots of bugs-- I was covered in bites; the quality of the sheets is extremely low-- rough, scratchy and old! The pillows on the bed also old and no choice for different preferences. Dishes and kitchen ware were good. The drain in the master bath is stuck shut; hairdryer on 2nd bath didn't work...and the air conditioning blows directly on the smaller bed making it very hard for that person . The vent could not be adjusted, I say all this be cause it is a fabulous location and had the potential to be a great rental. I have run B&B so I o ow that little things can make a big difference.

One week in St. Pete

The location is nice, walkable to many restaurants and very nice beach. We were 2 couples in the condo. The second bedroom was definitely much smaller than the primary, making it tight for one couple. Both bathrooms were comparable. Pictures are accurate portrayal of the condo. Location was very clean and the management company was easy to work with

Great Condo in the Greatest Florida Beach Area!

I was in the area for business, and when in the Tampa area, I always stay in St. Pete Beach, for the past 30 years. It's an amazingly beautiful area and slow paced, which makes combining business with beach community, almost seem like a vacation. Normally I stay at the Alden up the street but that was sold out and I decided to try a VRBO instead; I will never go back to anything but this place if available for future visits to the area. The property manager is spectacular and answered questions ASAP with an easy and very personal check-in process that was appreciated. The condo itself is located quite close to the Don Cesar side of the beach and offers a very private beach feel and view with an amazing balcony. You have your own assigned parking spot which is great for not having to "compete" for a parking spot when returning in the evening like you do at resorts. The condo has all the comforts of home as well as beach chairs and a nicely appointed kitchen. The beds are comfortable or at least the one I used. I did use the hot tub one night and the pool area in general is nice and not the large resort style pool with too many people. I didn't see any beach towels so that would be a nice addition if there are none. I would definitely stay here again at any time.

St Pete beach front vacay

Beautiful condo. Perfect for our short stay. Gulf front. Great views. Dedicated parking spot was a bit tough to navigate with a large truck. But we managed.

Beach beach 🏝️ beach vacation

We love love love the Visitas best place ever!!!! Second time staying and we will be back :) This condo could use a new dishwasher for sure! The blinds in master bedroom are missing a piece which causes sun to shine in, but worse of all you can’t get dress in your room without worrying about weather someone will see you out on the balcony even if it is family….

Great unit and view. Comfortable bed, kitchen supplies terrific. Nice furniture but would have liked a footstool and better patio furniture. Could use a an upgrade for bath towels and absolutely needs better beach furniture.

This is the unit you want.

Great condo with everything you need. Beautiful views of the Gulf from the entire unit. Short two flights up. Very well equipped, we enjoyed it very much.

Great location and easy to check in with a late arrival. Very manageable distance to airport on Uber. Condo was clean and there were plenty of towels and sheets. Excellent balcony to sit and relax. Some maintenance things needed attention and beds probably need to be replaced but overall good value for the location

Unit Needs Some Love

Check-in process was easy. The building itself was great. We were on the 2nd floor so view is a bit hindered by the dunes but still nice. The unit was clean as far as the floors and kitchen go. However, the living room furniture needs to be thrown out - the seats of the chairs were gray they were so dirty. The couch is a dark pattern so hard to tell so we just didn't sit on anything - only the balcony chairs. The master bed was beyond awful - like it was a discount store purchase of the cheapest mattress possible. Upon our arrival, I sent the management company photos of the broken shelf in the door of the refrigerator and the messed up patio blinds so they wouldn't try to charge us for damages we didn't do. I found extra pillows in a closet but there were no pillow cases for them. It would have been nice to have a table to sit at on the balcony. I would not rent this unit again - not worth the money.

Not worth the money

I'm a local Realtor that lives right down the street from this location. I have out of state clients that ask me about places to stay, so I try out different locations. The view and the location are awesome, The problem is the place smells very musty & both beds along with the couch need to be thrown in the garbage. Everything in this place is wore out, I was very disappointed!

Great views, great location, happy family!

Our family of 5 came for a week. Perfect views, right on the beach, good location. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the beach. There were a couple umbrellas and chairs to use at beach as well as a portable backpack soft side cooler. We didn't rent a car and were able to walk to restaurants, groceries, and shops. Property was as listed, however, master bed very uncomfortable and needed a fan at night, but everything else pretty great! Easy check in, they accommodated our request for a late checkout, noon instead of 4, which was nice since our flights didn't leave until 4. St. Pete beach did not disappoint!
