Had trouble communicating with the property manager and didn’t have a code when it was time to check in. After calling VRBO customer service they put me in touch with the property manager and she said she had recently upgraded software and it wasn’t communicating with me. She was very helpful on the phone and we did get checked in shortly after. I will say that the virtual assistant is no help at all.
