Your family will enjoy this sunny and bright beach house, which sits across a small neighborhood street to the Gulf of Mexico and one of America's top beaches.

Only steps away is the private gated entrance to white powder sandy shore and crystal clear water. Home has a tropical feel with Italian tile floors, ceiling fans and central air. The garden in back is fenced for privacy and has lush plantings. Sit in the sunshine for morning coffee or on the screened patio and listen to the birds.

A large grocery store/bakery/deli is nearby. Catch the beach trolley 3 blocks away to tour all the beach activities. Boating, dolphin cruises, parasailing, and even a pirate ship await you. Restaurants for fine or casual dining are abundant. Enjoy fried shrimp, grouper and stone crabs.

Take your favorite drink across the street and enjoy the fabulous sunsets every evening. Stroll the shoreline north to Caladesi Island State Park, a natural Florida island. This is what you dream of for your best relaxing and fun beach vacation!

needs maintenance and repairs
The owner/owners were very helpful and gave a lot of great info about the area that was helpful and appreciated. Online the home looks very well kept and modern, however, the home and appliances are very dated and in need of repairs and replacements. The overall cleanliness of the interior was good. The back yard is in dire need of maintenance and care. We had a long haired dog that was covered in debris every time she pottied. FYI to the kind owners.. the coffee pot doesn't shut off, leaving the heating element on at all times. I think it would be best to replace it asap. Thank you for al of your kindness and sorry the review is not more positive.

Fabulous beach house location
The location of this house is perfect in a quiet residential neighborhood, only a few houses down from the path to the beach, and only about a mile from the restaurants and shops of Clearwater Beach. If you are looking for the latest updated luxury decor in the house, then this probably isn't the place for you as the house is older and decor is dated. For us, it was comfortable and just what we needed to enjoy a relaxing week in the sunshine hanging out at the beach.

The beach is right across the street, and it’s a very short drive to the pier, stores and restaurants. If it had been less windy during our stay I probably would have walked the beach from the house to the pier - it looked like it might be a 30 minute beach walk. We had a great stay!
