Our host was promptly communicative. The interior is nicely done and very comfortable. We had plenty of towels and other bedding items. We found the property very comfortable and well-situated so that we could enjoy local shopping and dining, the Gulf of Mexico, and Tampa Bay. The pool got plenty of use. The covered outdoor sitting area and grill did like-wise. The neighborhood was great, we walked our dog every evening and had a good time meeting our neighbors. "Our vacation was too long" - said no one ever. I'm glad we took this opportunity and look forward to staying here again.
