"This is Old Florida done beautifully. The first floor is a great gathering area from the lounge to the bar to the restaurant, where the food is excellent. As a former local, i can attest to the locals going there just to hang out and have great food. The staff is amazing and if I could, I'd give extra stars for them and for the free bottles of water. It's now our go to for trips back to visit friends."

"The property is centrally located in St.Petersburg, downtown core, located close to the pier and various shopping and dining places, all of which can be walked to. The property was very clean and had all these small touches of flavored water in the lobby, stash closet with extra supplies you may have forgotten and a beautiful rooftop pool. At check-in, Rene at the front desk was amazing. She accommodated all our requests, very friendly and held our luggage and offered us bottles of water and tokens for complementary drinks while we waited for our room to be ready. We will definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to others."
