"Superbe hôtel, toutefois en soirée il y avait une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, peut-être provenant de la ventilation. Ce matin, vers 6h30, nous nous sommes fait réveiller par de gros bruits pendant près de 30 minutes. Nous avons compris que la chambre 322 était juste en haut du gym et que quelqu’un laissait tomber les poids sur le plancher de béton. La réceptionniste nous a mentionné que normalement elle nous dédommagerait, mais que dans ce cas ci, la réservation était via le site Expedia (hôtel.com). C’est vraiment dommage. Que pouvez-vous faire pour nous? Merci beaucoup"
