Really nice and quiet hotel within an easy walk of the old town area of St Remy. The rooms are sized well, and the pool area is really pleasant. The owner/operator was very nice and helpful also!

Lovely stay

I loved our short stay here. Our hosts were excellent and so very helpful. We arrived quite late, but there was no problem in taking us in. The room was cozy and the wifi very strong and good. I had the feeling anything we needed could be provided. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The grounds are very pretty and the pool looked good to use, though it was too chilly still in the season. The stay is very close to town center. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, from the dining and lounge areas (both inside and outside) to the flowers and pool area. Very nice room with a view and a table and chairs to sit outside. The bed was literally one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. My only suggestion would be a small refrigerator to keep your bottled water and wine cold. It didn’t bother me that there was no coffee in the room (usually instant anyway) because the coffee at breakfast was sooo good. And speaking of the breakfast, excellent! I would highly recommend adding on the breakfast as it will be far better than anything you’ll get in town. It was lovely to sit on the patio every morning and have a leisurely breakfast to start the day. The owner and host, Chantel, was so nice (even loaned me her umbrella, as I arrived during a downpour). Chantel would greet everyone as if they were old friends, ask if they slept well and made you feel like you were truly a guest in her home. How wonderful to see a business run by a strong woman who knows how to treat people people with kindness and respect. I will absolutely stay here again!

Pas un Euro à perdre, pour l'hotel !!!

Très mauvaise nuit : la chaleur dans la chambre nous a empêchée de dormir. La climatisation était coupée par la propriétaire de l'hotel. Réponse de la gérante au petit matin : il fallait ouvrir la porte d'entrée (unique ouverture) de la chambre pendant la nuit !!! Ben voyons ... Puis je prends mon petit déjeuner, ma compagne demande si elle peut prendre uniquement un petit café : "oui bien sûr". Au moment de partir et de régler la facture , ce petit café nous a été facturé !!! Gonflé quand même, alors que la gérante sait que nous avons très mal dormi. Les touristes sont des pigeons ... et je laisse ma plume exprimer les faits réels.

Wir bekamen nicht das eigentlich gebuchte und bezahlte Zimmer. Die Besitzerin war diesbezüglich sehr unfreundlich, liess uns an der Rezeption einfach stehen und war in keiner Weise bereit, eine akzeptable Lösung zu finden. Völlig unpersönliche und lieblose Zimmereinrichtung. Nie wieder. Wir erachten die durchwegs guten Bewertungen auf Hotels.com als unzutreffend.
