Well located and charming. Hot water issues during our stay. Faucets are gimmicky and soap dispensers badly installed. But staff very courteous and overall a great place to stay in central St.Remy.

Warm staffs and nicely designed hotel. The only issue is that there’s a bar or restaurant downstairs so you can still hear the loud voice at midnight. Though everything was good, compare with nearby hotel with similar conditions, it’s a bit over priced

Le charme de la Provence!

Le Saint Remy est un hôtel plein de charme, idéalement situé dans la ville de Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, à partir de laquelle il est aisément possible de découvrir les merveilles de la Provence (Baux-de-Provence, Eygalières, Gordes, Roussillon, Valensole, etc.). La ville de Saint-Rémy-de-Provence est elle-même très sympathique, avec ses nombreux restaurants de bonne qualité, ses boutiques charmantes, et son ambiance estivale. L'hôtel est situé à l'entrée de la vieille ville et est donc idéalement localisé pour se balader à pied. L'hôtel en lui-même est très joli, le design bohemian-chic est très réussi. Les chambres sont spacieuses, tranquilles et confortables. L'espace piscine est très agréable, avec la piscine chauffée à une température parfaite. Un commentaire important ceci dit, afin d'avoir des attentes réalistes. Le Saint Remy a beau être un 5 étoiles, il ne faut pas s'attendre à la qualité d'un 5 étoiles que l'on pourrait trouver ailleurs. Plein de petits détails font que, probablement, il faudrait classer cet hôtel comme un 4 étoiles supérieur. Cependant, les prix pratiqués par le Saint Remy sont ceux d'un 4 étoiles supérieurs, et donc le rapport qualité-prix est excellent!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de l’établissement, celui ci est très récent, les chambres sont confortables, restaurant au calme, parking disponible et piscine moderne. Le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous ainsi que notre petite fille de 6mois, merci à Pei Chen, Tom et Mickael pour leur accueil et gentillesse au restaurant. Bonne saison !

Luxury and calm stay in the center of the city

Great Atmosphere in a beautiful hotel close to the center. Quality of products served at breakfast should be improved though (bread, pastries). Lack of tables and chairs/luggage rack in the room to store things: everything has to lay on the floor... a bit annoying. Also watch your head in the entrance of the shower: there is a bar which is too low. Otherwise all the materials used in the decoration are top quality and style: it looks and feels great.

One of the best memories of my summer...

This hotel is certainly one of the best I have been staid in the South of France ! The service is amazing and their 5 stars are justified. Their location is perfect as much as their spa service where you can relax after a long walk around in St Rémy center.
