Gorgeous hotel stay in a beautiful area and town nearby. Loved it. Pool was lovely, suite was fantastic, lots of catering for kids too (eg trampoline, pool table etc). Shuttle to and from town really convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were generally very attentive and helpful. Beautiful grounds. Rooms were clean, spacious and had quality products. The restaurant/bistro has excellent food though we wished they would have more choices on the menu. The only disappointment was breakfast - limited choices for an “hot breakfast” and the quality of the breakfast items was lacking. Indoor and outdoor pools were well kept.

Beautiful property, small and good service. We stayed in a rosemary suite which was spacious and relatively well furnished. They are situated next to the kids play area so lots of screaming and noise for those wanting quiet! They also allow dogs in all areas which can result in a lot of incessant barking! Overall a beautiful property but would have preferred out of season for a more adult experience. Sandra in the restaurant is exceptionally kind and helpful!

However,when we left they disregarded that we had already paid 50 % when we booked with hotels.com (Despite the proof we had with us)and insisted we pay twice. Well - it I’ll end at court. Stayed in the newish annex across the road from the main hotel building. Nice junior suite with private feel about swimming pool. No cooking facilities as listed on Hotels.com which would have been good with bountiful produce in local markets. Brisk walk to town centre. Hotel shuttle let us down the one occasion we relied on it by being ‘off’ when we needed it parish on Saturday evening. Over promising and under performing!

Gorgeous property great location

This was a beautiful 5 star hotel. The property is gorgeous. The room is small but lovely- nice bathroom and bathtub. We had a fantastic dinner at the gourmet restaurant. Outstanding. The server was lovely. We took their shuttle into town and that was great. Got to the market and did some shopping. Concierge super helpful also. My only comment is I did not like their pillows! Please get some down pillows for those of us who feel every lump and bump. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay. The spa and indoor pool looked great but we had a very short stay. I would recommend this property highly.

The hotel has a very good pool and spa, but it was the hotel with the worst mattress I have ever stayed in in my life. It was worn out with a hole in the middle, it looked very old. The room also had very simple furniture, not worthy of a 5-star hotel.

Luxurious and conveniently located to St-Remy

Beautiful well located luxury 5-star resort and spa in walking distance of St-Remy-de Provence center Ville. Spacious, comfortable, quiet rooms, featuring large bath areas - perfect for our first trip to Provence. Five star service included constant freshening up of the rooms and very good service. Shuttle service provides easy access to the center village, though we often chose to take our car to one of the conveniently located free parking areas allowing us to conserve our energy for extensive exploration of the shops, restaurants and boulangerie and patisseries. The Spa is luxurious and I took advantage of the excellent masseur on staff - as well as the well-equipped gym for morning workouts. The bar was fine for dinner but high priced and short staffed. We did not take advantage of the Gourmet restaurant. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this true five-star resort.
