We checked in around 930 and the lobby was closed by then. The room had a weird smell that stayed on all of our clothes and belonging. The room did not seem very clean either. I expected a better experience considering the price and the conditions of the property presented in the pictures.

It was a spacious room, clean, with clean kitchen. It was quiet. I didn’t like the floors were cold, no counter space in the bathroom, no hotel amenities such as hair dryer, no tub, daily cleaning. No closet space or hangers. Water splashes out of the shower area.

Z Loft Extended Stay Was Excellent

My stay at this hotel was excellent and my first time. I was visiting family in St Robert area and the location was on point for my stay. The room was very comfortable and even included a washer and dryer which served its purpose very well. I would stay her again.

Very very very basic. All tile floor. No staff after 11pm. If your military it’s fine. Very dorm room like. If your visiting, I have one word. Upgrade!

The rooms were very handicap friendly which was important to us. Everything was very clean and we were pleased with our stay. The only problems we experienced were the door key for one of the rooms did not work very well and the lighting in the bathroom was poor, making it difficult to put makeup on.

Cold, stark, No extra staffing. The heat was off when we got into our room. It was 56 degrees in room. It takes a bit to warm up. No blow dryer. Too tired to go down to office to get one and they had no one to run one to us. Separate buildings so required you to drive

From Georgia to Missouri

My husband and I checked in on November 6th and checked out on November 9th we drove from Georgia to see my Grandson graduate from Basic Training. Check In and Check Out were both hassle free the room was great the service was wonderful and the food was amazing. The only problem we had was that the T.V. didn't work my husband called and within 15 minutes our T.V. was working. Overall our stay was great and if we ever come back to Fort Leonardwood, MO we will stay at the Z Loft again.

Best staff ever

My first trip to Missouri. Was staying for my sons graduation from boot camp. Overall the aloft was great. Very clean comfortable and close to the base. The bar and grill has awesome food and great margaritas. But I can't say enough about the absolutely amazing staff. The owner was on site and the other girls at the front desk were Some of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever encountered. I would definitely stay again. Thanks zloft for a great stay.

VERY CLEAN

Mu husband and I came for the weekend, very clean room and great staff. We ate at the little bar on site and service there was just as good. The shower was amazing, huge!, Didn't hear the neighbors at all even above us. I recommend this hotel/ extended stay

Little Things Add Up To Disappointment/Rude Staff

Not close to what we expected. Little things added up to disappointment: there were muddy foot prints on all of the hardwood floors in our room; the dishes in the kitchen were mismatched plastic and stained; there was one tiny bar of soap in the bathroom; the owner/manager frequently parked right in front of the lobby door; the maid didn't clean the kitchen on the one room-service day of our stay. The biggest disappointment was probably the arrogant attitude of the staff. I noticed this complaint in many of the previous reviews, and I have to concur. All but one employee (the one that checked us out!) were rude and condescending. The place is trendy and modern, but overall, not at all impressed.

Convenient Location

Interesting contemporary design of facility. Quiet and secure. No paper towels or facial tissue in room and air-handling sounded like a hurricane. Staff was helpful.
