Summary:
Enjoy a comfortable vacation in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with community pool-heated in winter months. Fitness center, community gas grills, a fully stocked kitchen with anything you could need. Blow up twin bed for small children, and a pak-n-play. Gated Entrance: Security and privacy are ensured. This unit is conveniently located mid island, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It's a quick two mile drive to East Beach, & pier/village area. 3TV's in Unit.

The Space:
This condo complex has a large swimming pool located in the center of the complex. There is a fitness center for your daily exercise routines to stay fit while on vacation.

This property is on the first floor so no stair climbing with groceries. Also has a spacious screened in front porch for your afternoon enjoyment while sipping on your favorite beverage!

No parties, pets and no smoking. No golf carts, trailers, boats or recreational vehicles. 2 parking spaces per unit.

Also has a pak-n-play and a twin blow up mattress
