Great Location Unique Luxury Cottage- Sleeps 3 Spa Shower Close to Sea Island

Welcome to the Treetop Cottage. Located on a quiet dead end street this one bedroom one bath with pullout queen sofa bed sleeps 3 comfortably. The property is above a two car garage at the back of our property. Most of our guests have named the cottage "Treetop Cottage". There is even a duck pond at the end of the street about 130 yards from the cottage. The Cottage offers a fully stocked kitchen with both a pod and regular drip coffee maker. The bedroom has a king bed with a very comfortable mattress. We use high end luxury linens to make your stay special. There is a smart 4k HD TV in the living room and bedroom. The master bath is special, designed after the Cloister Spa on Sea Island. Your daily shower will be the best. There is a washer and dryer available in the back of the garage where we also keep the beach chairs and boogie boards and other kids beach toys. We also provide beach towels as well. There are also two parking spots for the Cottage. On the front of the property is a five bedroom 3 bath house that is also a vacation rental. VRBO property #4757544. It sleeps 9 so if you have a large family you can rent both to accommodate 12 family members. The location is awesome as it is the closest vaca rental to Sea Island. If you are attending a wedding or special event on Sea Island you will definitely want to stay here. It is also a stones throw from Sea Palms golf course and about a short four mile drive to the beach and pier/lighthouse areas. You will be glad you tried the Treetop Cottage. We have owned and managed this property for going on 14 years now and have over 275 five star review and it is rated exceptional 10/10. We work extremely hard to insure that you have the best stay possible. Check in is a breeze as we use coded door locks and the property is well lit at night. Perfect Weekend Getaway Stay

We came the week after hurricane helene and upon arrival the stairs and yard were a wreck, but someone was there Saturday morning blowing off and picking up limbs. Cottage was extremely clean!

quiet time

The cottage is well designed and well equipped: lots of thoughtful touches most places do not have. The location is quiet, convenient to stores, restaurants, movies, etc. The historic sites, the beach, etc are just a few minutes away. A perfect place to stay away from crowds but convenient to everything St. Simons has to offer.

Great Getaway

The Cottage was such a pleasant place to stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The decor was cute and cheerful. It almost felt like being in a tree house; looking out the windows at the huge live oaks. We enjoyed our stay tremendously from drinking coffee on the deck, to walking around the neighborhood. We will be back.

Quiet Cottage

The cottage was very inviting and comfortable. Loved the decor and how it was styled. I'm an interior decorator so I can appreciate all of the beautiful touches throughout the cottage. We were a little disappointed when we arrived because the outside of the property was a mess. Lots of weeds, tired paint, dirty. We didn't feel like we could sit outside on the porch or the ground level chairs because it was not well kept. First impressions are important. We would suggest a better mattress for the bedroom. Wen we vacation to getaway, a high end and comfortable mattress is a must! The mattress was like an after thought an not comfortable at all. But overall, the cottage was quiet and relaxing. There was construction going on next door and we could not hear it inside the cottage which was great. The neighborhood was pleasant and the residents were very friendly. And our host were very kind and helpful.

The cottage was a wonderfully quiet retreat placed central to all of the activities we had planned for our visit. Even though it is close to a main road on the island, we never heard any traffic noise & found the cottage to be clean, playfully decorated, & restful. The owners were gracious in their dealings with us & communicated clearly & promptly. I could not recommend this place enough. Before leaving we were already discussing a return to stay here again.

Colorful cottage

We enjoyed our stay. Good access to places in the city and nearby that we wanted to visit. Hosts provided a good list of places to eat and visit. We had good long beach walks on St Simons and on Driftwood Beach, Jekyll Island.

Peaceful cottage off the beaten path

The property was very clean and quiet. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but I am very particular. I'm not a fan of the memory foam mattress. Overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed our time at the cottage.

A great place to hideaway

We needed a place to stay for few nights after escaping just before a snowstorm visited our house in the Midwest. This place was perfect for that - a quiet street with virtually no traffic, a cozy place that had everything we needed. It was right near the bike trail so we could go anywhere that we wanted to, including the restaurants and shops in the village. It was an enjoyable break on the island! We are looking forward to the next time.
