Pet friendly townhome with garage and pool!

You cannot get any closer to all Saint Simons has to offer than Demere Landing! Located off Demere Road and only a short walk to the Village in one direction and less than half a mile in the other to the Coast Guard Station on East Beach. Demere Landing also has a swimming pool onsite for guests only. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath three-story townhome is wonderfully decorated with upgraded baths, kitchen, and TVs. There are TVs in the living room and every bedroom! So whether you want to sit back and relax, lounge by the pool, do some shopping, or hit the beaches, this townhouse offers it all! The unit has a two-car garage on the first level, living room, kitchen, and half bath on the second level, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third level. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and one queen bed in each of the other two bedrooms. Linens and Wi-Fi are provided. Every reservation is subject to a cleaning fee of $250 to cover the cost of cleaning upon departure. The pool at Demere Landing is open year round but is not heated. Dogs will be considered with a non-refundable $200 pet fee.

Lovely home

Great place to stay, felt very much at home. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable couch, nice dining table and breakfast bar, spacious bedrooms. Nice walk to village or beach. Good selection of beach toys for kids. FYI, garage is at ground level, kitchen/living room/half bath on second floor, and bedrooms/full baths/laundry on third floor.

Great Christmas in Saint Simon's Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Saint Simon's Island for Christmas 2021. The condo was as pictured on the website. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and in good working order. The kitchen was a bit small, especially if two people where there at the same time. The condo has a two-car garage, which is a nice feature. The location was about a mile or so from the village area and about a mile and a half from the beach. On a nice day, the village was a pleasant 20-30 minute walk. Saint Simon's Island is a quiet community with some good restaurants and a beautiful beach nearby. We also visited the historical district in Jekyll Island, which was about a 30-minute drive. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Golden Isles of Georgia.
