THE SPACE

With its relaxed atmosphere and thoughtful touches, Two Palms is your quaint home away from home—inviting you to live like a local, love like a local, and make timeless memories by the shore.

Bedroom 1 – Primary, Queen, Upstairs with open balcony access

Bathroom 1 – Shared Hall, Upstairs, Clawfoot tub with Shower

Bedroom 2 – Full size bed, Upstairs

Bedroom 3 – 2 Twin/single size beds, TV, Upstairs

Bathroom 2 – Main living level, just off the kitchen with Shower

Bathroom 3 – Outdoor shower enclosed with hot and cold water

Parking is limited to 2 cars, possibly a third if parked in tandem on the side

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
