"In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a...

"Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. "This was very new and modern place, with old style elements. Kitchen vey complete. 2 nice bedrooms with good beds and modern bathroom. Good parking space and warm storage place on ground-level for shoes and skies. Quite location. About 15min autodrive to parking ski-area Nassfeld-Hermagor. Think to visit it again. Very nice and good support from owner and neighbour."
