"Not a flash resort hotel, but sat on the working marina watching the comings and goings was a fascinating watch, and the affiliated Coconut Grove Beach Club is 5 minutes walk along the beach if you need to lounge on the beach. "This is a property to avoid booking. There is loads of potential but they are unable to execute or provide a comfortable stay. We experienced multiple issues at this property, including air conditioning not working; staff did not clean out room despite multiple requests; we had to beg for fresh towels at reception; the middle-aged woman receptionist and manager dismissive and deceitful. The younger staff seemed confused and inept. The only helpful person we encountered was the night repair man....

"My stay at windblow was very disappointing. I was booked from Feb 22 to 3/1 and left on Feb 23. The studio apartment had no draws, no nightstand, the sink in the bathroom was so tiny we ended up washing our faces in the kitchen sink because we would bump our heads trying to use bathroom sink. The Villa advertised as “quiet time” at night but had a dog that wasn’t disclosed,on site that howled for long periods of time.The shower caddy was so nasty it looked like something was growing out of it...
