"A unique spot and a unique room. Just be aware it is a typical old European(steep and narrow) climb to the rooms. Check in is in the bar/restaurant. They were very accommodating for my wife’s gluten allergy for breakfast and for supper. A little out of the way,but we used a park and ride to get into Amsterdam. "

"Piet and Marianne were very thoughtful hosts. They were proactive, responsive and in touch through the netite experience. The compound is very beautiful and peaceful. With the canals and open fields, it was a serene place. The compoind includes campgrounds and the campers were very quiet and respectful. Hughly recommned! "

"After spending a week staying in cities, we were SO happy to take a breath and long walk in the countryside at this gorgeous farm. They have fully renovated, modern and impeccably clean suites inside its historic buildings. With its multiple beautiful outdoor spaces, this B&B works just as well for a family as it does for a family reunion! We just loved it. "

"Enjoyed our family stay on “Hortensia Eiland”. Cottage was nicely appointed with everything needed to do small meals. Took full advantage of the farm fresh eggs, yogurt, jam and milk. We felt like we experienced the Holland countryside experience to its fullest!"

"Great stay and wonderful experience near Bodegraven. Hosts we’re kind and welcoming and quickly attended to our questions. Setting is ideal with great hiking and biking close by. Bodegraven has a train station making further travels quite easy. Apartment was 30 mins drive to Kuekenhof Gardens. Very quiet at night making sleeping a pleasure. Parking on site. Highly recommend, particularly for couples. Exceeded expectations"

"Two couples traveling together stayed in the apartment and bedroom for several nights. Accommodations were excellent and beds comfortable. Breakfast delicious with many choices. "Overall clean room with everything needed. But the bed was small, the water in the shower was not hot enough. Poor breakfast and the sun roof above the bed was very noisy while raining, woke me up few times a night. "

"Lovely place with a great sized room and very easy to commute to and from into Amsterdam. Good set of amenities! Very easy to go upstairs and grab food or drinks too if you want. "It was great for transportation. Within easy walking distance of tram, train and metro. The apartment was quite spartan. Bring your own salt and pepper. It would have been helpful to have a microwave. It’s about 12 minutes from the central station which takes you out of the crowded areas but close enough to get to where you want to go. It was a very secure and safe place to stay."

"We stayed at this hotel for four nights. It's a large establishment with a high volume of guests and numerous conferences taking place, which is quite impressive. On the downside, it's located away from Amsterdam Central. However, the metro station is conveniently right across the street. The surrounding area is somewhat dry, primarily consisting of industries and other hotels. For nightlife and hangout spots, you'll need to head to the central area, which is a bit far from the hotel."
