"Interesting old hotel/farm setting. Old stone hotel building but in good condition. Arrived after dark a little before 8pm and the place was completely dark. Had a hard time finding a lobby for check in. Another guest helped us and we got someone (non-English speaking) to check us in. Our room on the third floor was modern and clean but small. "Wonderful, quiet location in a charming neighborhood. 30 minutes by tram to the Altstadt. Short walk to a lovely beer garden and ferry to the Pillnitzer Castle. We also loved cycling along the Elbe. For some reason, the access code was sent through Expedia instead of Hotels.com, so you might need to call the hostess before arrival to meet you. She was very gracious and the breakfast was a delight. A wonderful place to experience Dresden in a peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment!"

The woman managing the property was just great, the room was in excellent condition, the price was very reasonable, and it was right next to the tram which gets you downtown quickly. My favorite stay on this trip for sure"
