"This hotel is in a few buildings up this old street. We had to leave our building to get back to the brain building for breakfast. We were given a key that unlocked our room but also the front and back doors of our building. We were up on 3. No elevating a narrow stair. But we enjoyed being just a block from the old part of town and were there for their night light show"

"The staff here were extremely helpful, and the rooms are also very modern, comfortable and clean. The restaurant was quiet and efficient when we stayed there, and we also enjoyed the breakfast."

"Great WiFi, clean room, helpful staff, wonderful selection at breakfast. Pool was lovely, towels available there. Outdoor seating was relaxing after a day of walking around the city. I wish they varied their selection of beers in the cooler as I find Jever too bitter. Bitburger or Licher preferred. Overall, a great experience and we would book there the next time we visit Gießen."
