"Attention to detail and service. We dined late on a very busy Friday, without a booking but were accommodated politely with no fuss. On top of this the staff, who were under a lot of pressure, served the whole restaurant and bar with excellent professionalism and courtesy making it was a pleasure to dine and be served. "Convenient location 2 mins of M6 Jnc 13, easy access to car park, quick check in( Aidan) very efficient, excellent room very clean great beds and shower. Superb dining area, staff helpful with Gluten Free options and Dietary knowledge. The excellent price made it a go to on my next visit to Stoke."

"The bathroom was very dated. It looked like a nursing home. The flooring was extremely old. The bed was too low. Only one bath towel for 2 people. It was definitely not up to standard for a Hub. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. But this hotel needs serious renovations. "
