"Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

"We wanted to stay someplace in quiet beautiful Tuscany and this property was located perfectly. The house is a guest house and the main house is near. It is perfectly and remotely located with the most beautiful views! The patio and outdoors are so beautiful and rustic. It is a drive to do anything but so many little towns and villas to visit. "We had wonderful stay at Localita Granaio and in the Castellini in Chianti area. The villa was amazing with its history and setting and we loved the beautiful views as we sat on the patio with our wine and cheese. "I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return....

"- Nice and polite staff, especially the front desk and the vallets; - Spacious and clean rooms; - Our apartment's bathroom was tight - if there are special needs, it would be better to call the hotel and ask about - Location is good and quiet: a 10 min walk to reach Piazza del Campo. If you are driving, it's great because it's inside the walls, but you can go with your car until the hotel parking lot without crossing the narrow streets - Beautiful view of the valleys from the Terrace - Nice and fresh breakfast."
