Top Stainland Hotel Reviews

Cedar Court Huddersfield

Cedar Court Huddersfield

8/10 Good
"Overall a good stay We did book a room for 2 Adults and 1 Child, the Hotel wanted to charge £15pn for a roll away bed, but I refused as I had booked for 3 people on Expedia, the receptionist then waived it. Other than that, the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay again but please be clear when booking if you will charge extras. Also breakfast was £12 per adult with child free, this was nice and the staff were lovely especially Joseph. The parking is £4 per day, which is reasonable."

"Attractive property, clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner were okay but a little pricey for what we got. Bar was good, but some very noisy golfers/guests, Staff should have asked them to calm down."

Village Hotel Manchester Ashton

Village Hotel Manchester Ashton

8/10 Good
"Air con not working in club room with no maintenance on site, gave us another room which was a bit of hassle as we were on our way out with tickets to a gig. But we were happy with new room. Says water in the room but this is a filtered tap, not sure how you are meant to know that? Disappointed that the bar closed at 11pm for residents. Nightmare trying to get a drink at the bar as staff are prioritising regulars, regardless of how long other people have been waiting. Room service was lovely, although the woman who bought it to us looked very irritated and put out. We had to carry in red hot plates as she wouldn’t bring the trolley in for us to unload. No condiments with food, no salt pepper etc, although had asked for it. Just little things like staff attitude. But all in all a comfortable few days."
