"Our family was in Greensboro to celebrate the college graduation of our oldest daughter from NC A&T State University. We enjoyed this lovely home during our short visit."

"I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!"

"The home is very cute inside and clean, location was perfect, close to everything. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Couple of suggestions Does need outside property clean up. And simple thing like some bowls for the kitchen so you can mix pancakes or salads., and couple of cookie sheets. But that’s minor. Beth the manager was excellent and very helpful. We did have a great stay."

"I was a little skeptical to rent this after a couple reviews I read but in all honesty this place was absolutely beautiful and a great pick. It’s very private and our party was so amazed by the beauty. This place came fully stocked with everything you need. Every time I opened a kitchen cabinet I was pleasantly surprised that it had exactly what we needed and or forgot to bring. We will definitely be back this summer to stay here again. It is on 50 private acres so yes there may be some spiders...

"Pictures were accurate. Check in and out no problem. Location withing 10 mins of sportsplex and 3 minutes coliseum. Decent location, quiet. Beds comfortable and the host left snacks for us. Overall good stay would cone back. Thanks for hosting us!"

"We had a great stay other then the alarm going off when we arrived. However the owner shut it off and the police arrived quickly so that was a good thing. Also the garbage disposal backed up and didn’t work which smelled but other then that was good and owner was quick to respond."

"The house itself was very clean, well stocked. It was easy to check in, plenty of space for our family. The owner checked in to make sure everything was ok upon check in and throughout our stay. The neighborhood was just ok, one evening a neighbor was looking right into the house through the kitchen window, so it would have been nice to have a privacy blind on it. That was my only issue with the house."

"The property is a beautifully renovated older home in a quiet neighbor just 8 minutes to NCAT and 12 minutes to downtown Greensboro. The decor and furnishings are exactly like the photos. Very clean and well organized with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a plumbing issue after our 1st day and the onsite contact Walter answered the call immediately and had a plumber fixing things while we were out enjoying our day. We returned to a clean property and perfectly working plumbing....

The game room/barn we a little suspect at 1st but I’m not really an outdoorsy person so I had to wipe some things down 1st and still didn’t really use it so much so I thought I would. For most part very nice place and I would stay again!"
