Holiday home is via shared front door host family use as well, & they could be there during your stay, as in our case. "It's possible that I should have read the description more closely, but I was expected a private villa, perhaps behind the host's home? That's not the case. You are staying in a semi-private part of someone's home with them.
It is a beautiful home, and the owners were very nice. Still, I was thrown at first after an exhausting day of travel - so just be aware.
It was nice to have bikes available to us, but know none are kid-sized and they're not in the best of shape. Still, it was fun to ride...

However the listed price was not the total expense. When I received the bill there was almost a full nights extra "property fee." "Hidden Gem is the perfect description. Clean, quality,homely setting. Bed and furnishings very comfortable.. whilst at the residence you would not know you were so close to the hustle and hustle of Brugge. Lovely stroll into city appreciating the architecture.
