"Everything was great except the fact there was no microwave or mini refrigerator to keep leftover and the microwave to heat it. I wasted a lot of money on food because I had leave (basically wasting food) large portions of food from the surrounding restaurants (with are not cheap). So when I got hungry later I basically either had to drive around a city I’m not familiar with to find something to eat instead of just providing the room with a simple microwave and mini fridge. The cheapest hotel at least has that but a hotel where a 2 day stay was $350 did not. "

"My reservation was not honored. I reserved a king bed and was given a room with 2 queen beds. Staff told me they didn’t have anything else and that because I booked through a third party I should have been told through them because they inform the third party they can’t guarantee a certain reservation. I wasn’t informed until after I went to check in the room! The restroom was not clean and had rust stains around the tub. I have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoyed my stay and never had this issue. I’m not sure what changed but it was definitely not a pleasant experience for me on my anniversary!"

"I needed pillows replaced. They didn't have them. So my group was shorted those, aside from that everything was ok"

"The hotel was nice, our room was lovely, the restaurant and bar area were very nice. The only problem we encountered was a downed two elevators out of three upon afternoon check-in. It took quite a while to get onto the elevator and up to our room on the 21st floor. My husband went to the fitness center on the top floor and said it was so hot. He could not stay and work out very long."
