"Very nice place, clean and conveniently located. Would stay again."

"Everything about this stay was perfect! The welcoming atmosphere, hospitality, and abundance of the little things that you sometimes forget when traveling were all provided. Jane's attention to detail is what makes this place great! The property itself was peaceful, relaxing, and just a wonderful place to stay! We will definitely stay here again!"

"The place was clean and as advertised any communication withbthe owner was answered immediately and on on Saturday morning checkout we had a box of fresh delicious donuts on our door. It was a nice touch!!"

"We had a nice stay, the managers were great. This is an older property and things break. We were able to get help when needed. We stayed 5 nights and could have used more towels and paper goods, but the bed was comfortable and it was a pleasant stay and experience."

"It is a clean place indoors. I would have liked having a side table next to the sofa, with a lamp so that I could read. We could only watch regular TV programming, streaming wasn't available to us. The building is old and it shows on the exterior. All that being said, the price was good for a place to land before we headed home. The hosts were friendly and welcoming in their notes about the area."

"Wow! That is the best way to explain this place. Beds were extremely comfortable. The porch view of the creek is so relaxing and peaceful. The decor and layout of the whole place is perfection. We didn’t want to leave. We fished, sat in the hot tub and would have hung out on the porch a bit more had it not been 90 degrees while we were there. So we took advantage of the morning and evenings when then temps came down a bit. If it had been in the 70’s I might have slept out there. ...

"It was exactly what we needed! Great location. Will be back!"

"We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything worked well, communication was easy, and the location was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was a nice bonus after long days out. Overall a smooth, relaxing trip with no complaints at all. Highly recommend!"

"This is a perfect property for a weekend get away. Located in downtown Frankfort close to the Capitol building, restaurants, diners, bakeries, and distilleries. It is the perfect base to explore the Bourbon Trail. The carriage house was immaculately clean. The weather was very rainy and I asked for an old towel so we would not mess up the floors, which the hosts were quick to drop off. The hosts have thought of everything that you could need. Only thing I would say is if you have mobility...

"This is our second time staying out there! Property was perfect and clean. Host is quick to respond with assistance should you need it!"
