There seemed to be a mistake made as we did not get the room we had booked and finally agreed to take an apartment that they had. Our room and the bathroom were both impeccably clean, the included breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh espresso and orange juice. Lovely and warm in rooms throughout recent sub-zero temperatures. Apartment main door locking system a bit fiddly, especially when timed lights go out - also similar issue with corridor lights going off and plunging into darkness - ok once you can find the switches."
