Also the property alarm on the inside of the main front door was going off constantly saying low battery. We reported it and were told to use the key and press silence alarm,...

"This apartment is in a lovely location, blocks from the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and with time and effort it could be a good place to stay. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't at all ready to be rented out when I was there. The lock box to get in was stuck, and took effort, a broken fingernail, several phone calls with the property manager, and help from another lodger to open it and retrieve the key. A skylight had been left open four or five inches and wasn't reachable, letting in cold...
