"Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! "

"A very warm greeting on arrival once parked our car easily. Room was large with a couple of chairs to sit on. Bed was comfortable plenty of tea and coffee with a packed of biscuits and a couple of mints. A lovely touch."
