"Booked this great hotel through hotels.com months before. When we arrived at the hotel they didn’t have any records of us or our reservation. I showed them the reservation number and all the details from hotels.com. I was asked to forward the email from hotels.com to them, which I did. After about 10 minutes, the manager came over, understood what happened and assigned us a better room than what we selected thru hotels.com. 25 minutes later, we arrived in our suite with a water front view and balcony. A bit stressful, but the staff were very friendly, accommodating and understanding."

I complained to Hotel manager and he promised me refund but never got it..i will never stay here again nor would i ever recommend anyone esle to stay here. "
