"Property is a bit tired and grubby and would definitely particularly benefit from new bathroom tiles and kitchen cabinets. On the plus side the shower was decent, the kitchen was equipped with most things we needed and the beds were very comfortable. A really good location for our needs at a decent price."

"Cart Shed 1 was a super place to stay. Lovely high standard accommodation very confortable beds and living area seating, well equipped kitchen and the luxury of 2 bathrooms. Emily was very quick to respond to messages and gave clear instructions for directions etc. Couldn't have been better for a trip down memory lane for 2 ex students of Culham teacher training college, one of whom stayed at Nuneham Courtney house."

However, the studio turned out to be just fine and the owner adjusted the cost accordingly. The kitchenette came in handy and the location was great for walking into town. "

"For the money this was just about right. The room was small. The bed was firm, the pillows could use some work. The bathroom was in good shape, with good hot water. Water. Some of the appointments in the bathrooms as an American I was not used to, but it did not deter from its use."
