"lots of character, hope we didnt wake the other guests with the creaky floorboards! Great breakfast, lovely staff very comfortable double bed, but not too wide. good wifi. Great cafe next door for more food and coffee!"

"Nice clean room.the reason for the average score is there is no breakfast and the food on a sunday stops at 6pm.we arrived just after six with no food available anywere near the property.Fair enough if they do this every sunday but tell the customers on the website before they book. on the monday evening food was available and was very nice. all in all a nice pub and hotel ."

"We enjoyed our stay here . The room was clean and just what we needed for the night . The staff were all very lovely, the bar area is great and the breakfast the next morning was excellent . "
