"I asked for my room to be cleaned on a “by request” based and when I finally requested for my room to be cleaned it took them 3 additional days to come clean it."

"Our room was clean and fully functioning. Good view of the bay if you look the RV park. 13 Moons restaurant was very fine dining and the food was excellent. My wife had a lamb shanks that was perfectly prepared. I had medallions that melted in my mouth. The casino was clean. The staff was very helpful. Lots of deductions and comps. Gasoline was $1 cheaper than the lowest prices elsewhere."

"Walls paper thin, I could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Breakfast was yogurt and waffles and apples. That’s it (an hour into breakfast-not right before closing). We were put into an occupied room. After they moved us they forgot which room it was and started calling around 10 at night. And woke up with some bugs in bed (not bed bugs but yuck anyway). Now I’m getting other people’s “thanks for your stay” emails in my inbox box. Pay an extra 20 and go elsewhere"

"The room and bathroom were spotless. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and well-equipped with a wide range of amenities. The fitness center was spacious and well-maintained."

"Place is quite old but well maintained. Room was adequate in size but very poor lighting and inadequate electrical plugs made it seem like a poor deal. Tiny bathroom, and toilet squeezed in with no room to move. Nice people, breakfast minimal at best. I would not stay here again- for the same price, more modern accommodations would give more bang for traveler’s buck."
