"Hotel is in a good location, close to the ICC and the city centre. Building is dated but clean. Good sized units."

"The room was very clean and spacious. Closet was small for two people, but the staff were quick to provide extra hangers and an additional luggage rack. The free minibar was stocked daily with water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits and even fresh milk for our coffee. Robes and slippers provided, umbrellas too. The restaurant and bar were very good. We had a long stay at this hotel and were very happy to have chosen it. The location is ideal for touring. Not much of a view, but a short walk to glorious vistas of Sydney. Our only minor observation: Despite being in residence for a number of days, we were never greeted by name by hotel staff. They could up their game by personalizing their service. Otherwise, service and accommodations were excellent and we happily recommend a stay at the Paradox."
