Large Upscale House for 17 with Firepit in Star

This house is made for large groups of up to 17 people. The spacious kitchen accommodates several cooks, and the dining table is for 10 people, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2019 and have furnished it all new.
15 guests will have a real bed, 2 will have a queen size air mattress.
Rates are based on 8 guests, add $15/night/guest up to 17. Please enter the booking for the highest number of people you will have at any point during your stay. Example of how this policy works: If you have 10 guests one night, 15 another, and 12 on the last one, we will charge you for 15. This is because linens will have to be washed for 15 people, regardless of how many nights your 15 guests used the towels and bedsheets.
This house has a fantastic layout and I fell in love with it the second I walked in the door. I made an offer after just spending 20 minutes in the house! Its prime location (8 min from Eagle and 15 or 20 mins to Boise by car), coupled with a great open floor plan and fully fenced, large backyard made this house appealing to me right away.
I invested over $40K to bring this house up to much higher standards. It now has granite in all bathrooms as well as the kitchen, as well as easy-care flooring downstairs. We added a large pergola in spring 2022 for outside dining in the summer.
Since I am an avid traveler myself, I know what matters to guests: having a feeling of comfort when you walk in. Knowing everything is spic-and-span, even if you look under the beds. High-quality mattresses, pillows, and bedding. Beautiful décor. I hope you will love this house as much as I do! :-)
You can use the house as well as the garage, as well as the backyard.
