"The hotel is located in an area that gives very easy access to lots of attractions in Trieste. Shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars are all within very easy walking distance, as are many of the sights and attractions. The “Piazza Unitas D’Italia” is just a couple of minutes walk away and well worth checking out. Parking at the hotel is a bit of a problem, in our case we arrived on a Sunday, which meant we were able to park on the street in the blue lined parking spaces for free. However, on the Monday morning, construction by was due to start in the road where the hotel is and so we had to move our vehicle before 8am and the local Police were out in force monitoring the situation. There is a public parking lot about 300m away from the hotel. The hotel itself is modern, and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and well kept and maintained. Our only disappointment was that we only stayed one night, we wish we had stayed two or more as Trieste is a very nice place. "

"Amazing area. Only issue is parking, but that’s a city wide issue. Parking garage was extremely full, so had to valet park for an extra 11 euro. My recommendation is to just use valet straight away. There is no parking on site which was misleading on Expedia’s site. it’s 5-7 mins away and seems to be full most days & times. The check in and out team were amazing and made our stay. "

"Can’t fault this hotel. Really lovely. So central. Easy to walk to places. It’s in a pedestrianised street. Had a lovely dinner there one night and watched my tiramisu being made in front of me. Definitely recommend this hotel x "

"We enjoyed Kempinski a lot because the staff were helpful and friendly and it was across the street from a swim beach which although it was quite packed, Hotel Kempinski had its own lounge chairs, etc. Fast and efficient shuttle or taxi service to Piran. "
